Angel Policy – Mink & Davernay

All Mink & Davernay (M&D) creations, illustrations, designs, products and content – including but not limited to cards, jewellery, papers, stickers, patterns, seals, digital artworks, text, photographs, graphic elements and any content on this website – are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Mink & Davernay.

All Mink & Davernay (M&D) creations – enchanted fragments sealing dreams into matter – are part of a curated, high‑end creative universe. Purchasing a M&D product, whether physical or digital, does not transfer any copyright or intellectual property rights. All rights are reserved.

Permitted use (personal use only)

Mink & Davernay products are intended for strictly personal, non‑commercial use. You may use them for your own creative enjoyment, for example:

journaling and scrapbooking,
private correspondence and letter writing,
personal home décor and vision boards,
creative projects made for yourself or as gifts within a private circle.

They are designed to gently enchant your everyday life without altering the integrity of our creative universe.

Strictly prohibited uses (without prior written consent)

Without prior written permission from Mink & Davernay, it is strictly prohibited to:

sell, license, rent or otherwise commercially exploit M&D products, designs, artwork or content in any form;
reproduce, copy, scan, photograph, print, vectorise or digitise M&D designs or artwork for the purpose of reselling, distributing or sharing them, whether in physical or digital form;
create, offer or sell digital files (for example: printables, digital stickers, repeating patterns, clipart, templates, SVG, PNG, PDF, digital packs) derived from M&D creations;
use any M&D artwork, design or graphic element as a logo, brand identity, branding element, visual identity, brand guidelines, commercial packaging or communication support for a business, brand or commercial project;
mass‑produce (or have third parties mass‑produce) any products derived from M&D creations, even when the original products have been lawfully purchased;
resell M&D products (physical or digital), as they are or slightly modified, as craft supplies, creative resources or raw materials;
remove or alter any copyright notice, signature or branding associated with Mink & Davernay.

Any use not expressly authorised under this Angel Policy is considered non‑compliant and may give rise to legal action, including in cases of copyright infringement or damage to our brand image.

Policy updates

Mink & Davernay reserves the right to amend, update or refine this Angel Policy at any time in order to protect its creative universe, brand identity and unique collections, in alignment with its signature: Sealing Dreams with Magic.
