If your order has not yet been prepared, contact us as soon as possible through the contact page with your order number. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify secure checkout with encrypted payment protection.

Yes, Mink & Davernay creations can be shipped internationally. Available shipping methods, costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout according to your destination.

Orders prepared from our studio usually take about 5-7 business days within Europe and about 7-16 business days for international destinations. You will receive tracking details once your parcel has shipped.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may be requested by local authorities. These charges are not controlled by Mink & Davernay and remain the customer's responsibility.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and gifts included.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different creation, please place a new order and return the original item following the return procedure.

Unless an item is faulty or an error was made with your order, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund is processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Yes. Each creation is produced in micro-series or limited quantities, with careful attention to detail and finish.

Keep your piece away from water, perfume, cosmetics and prolonged direct sunlight. Store it carefully in its packaging when not worn or displayed.

Yes. We photograph each creation as faithfully as possible, but screen settings and handcrafted finishes may create slight variations in color or texture.

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.
