Each parcel is prepared with care. If your order is not quite right, the Atelier will guide you through a clear and considered return or claim process.
Return Policy
Eligible orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, complete, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Personalised, made-to-order, final sale, digital or downloaded items may be excluded from standard returns unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, your parcel is visibly compromised, an item is missing, or you received the wrong creation, please submit a claim as soon as possible with video evidence.
For damage-related or delivery-related claims, video evidence is required. Photos alone are not accepted.
Please ensure the video shows the parcel before opening, the shipping label, the unboxing process, and the item received.
